From East Bay Regional Park District:

BIG BREAK - Paddle through the Delta’s waters on a guided kayak adventure! Spot herons, egrets, and other feathered friends while exploring Big Break’s hidden corners. Perfect for bird lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Kayaks, safety gear, and paddle instruction provided. Come by yourself or with a partner!

Adult/ Parent Registration and Participation Required for ages 11-17.

Reminder email will be sent out prior to course start date.

Meeting Place: Big Break (Oakley): Kayak Launch Site

PROVIDED: tandem kayaks, safety gear, and paddle instruction.

WEAR: dress in layers for warmth (synthetic materials recommended), windbreaker, hat, sunglasses with retention device, shoes that can get wet. NO flip-flops.

BRING: water bottle and signed waiver/emergency form (PDF document will be located at the end of the registration receipt).
